Revelation is …Gratitude. As I’ve said before and try to practice at least once a day: ‘Never take anything for granted’ – there is such a healthy vibrational uplift in your being and spirit when you spend a few minutes a day doing this. Life is 2 pronged—notice emotions (anger, fear, sadness, joy, shame etc.) and what the wisdom of your body is saying and at the same time, never take anything for granted (eyesight, hearing, the ability to exercise, move, eat, taste, smell, breathe etc. —the list can go on and on).
6th day of the Jewish month of Tammuz – the month of Revelation
Revelation is … that when I say ‘no’ to something, in essence I’m saying ‘yes’ to other important things. I like that because there are so many ‘pulls’ a day for my attention and my ‘no’s’ are really ‘yes’s’ in prioritizing where my energy goes—to my health, to loved ones, to projects that light me up, to kind relationships and important decisions
2nd day of the Jewish month of Tammuz – the month of Revelation
Happy first day of the Jewish month of Tammuz. I’m creating the theme for this month as Revelation.
Revelation is …knowing that whatever is revealed to me is what I need to know for my service in the world. If an answer, a piece of information, a person etc. is not being revealed to me now then I’m not needing that now. What could be happening when I feel like I’m missing something or feeling anxious that I don’t have, can’t find, haven’t heard etc. is that I’m being given the opportunity to do some processing of the emotion that’s revealing itself to me.
I found that the question of “what? what is being asked of me?” rather than the “why? why did this happen?” is more significant and empowering. With the “what?” I can take action – process an emotion, practice patience or compassion to myself and others, or do an act of kindness. The “why” may one day be revealed to me or not – either way, I’m transforming my ego self and revealing my divine self by taking action that benefits the world.
1st day of the Jewish month of Tammuz – the month of Revelation
Healing is …coming with compassion and kindness to honor the misalignment of our past selves. Since life is a process, there are ways that we may have shown up in the past that when looked back on, bring a sense of shame. But I have found that the best way to move forward into a higher divine alignment of myself is to dissolve the shame with compassion and kindness. Shame tends to find excuses, while compassion tends to find accountability and love. And with accountability and love, my divine self can shine 🙂 and I can integrate all my parts and help others do the same.
11th day of the Jewish month of Iyar – the month of Healing
Healing is … freeing myself from the expectations of a linear life. Just like the yellow finches bobbing pattern, life seems to do the same :)’Gratitude is my gold as I walk, as a soul in body, with love and light.’
5th day of the Jewish month of Iyar – the month of Healing
Happy 1st day of the Jewish month of Iyar – the month of Healing.
This is the energy pouring into the world and I give everyone a blessing that we see it and feel it, physically, spiritually, emotionally on all levels and in all dimensions of space and time. The Hebrew letters of Iyar are an acronym of the phrase ‘I am G-d your healer.’ In truth, all healing comes from Hashem (G-d). The doctors, chiropractors, coaches, medicines, acupuncturists, herbalists etc. are all agents and channels for people to experience healing, but the true source of the healing is Hashem. That’s why it’s important to not get too attached to the healing channel. Know that G-d can bring healing anyway G-d wants – through meds, through natural herbs, through homeopathy, through surgery, through this doctor or that healer etc. Ask and pray for kind, speedy and complete healing, but don’t make the means of it into idol worship.
Today is also Love-Yourself-More Monday 🙂 How did you nourish your body and soul today? Self compassion and kindness is healing to the body, while self-criticism and self-judgement cause inner tension.
If you’re wanting to lower your stress level and tap into the wisdom of your body and intuition, you may enjoy the somatic health tips that I share in my Love-Yourself-More Monday newsletter. In today’s newsletter I shared a somatic tip in releasing negative labelling. For future newsletters, I invite you to sign up at https://www.miriamracquel.com/ Enjoy!
1st day of the Jewish month of Iyar – the month of Healing
Joy is … knowing that whatever is outside of you, is inside of you. There is empowerment in that knowledge. Call it the mirror effect, the Baal Shem Tov teachings, the Byron Katie thing, the holographic universe principle, whatever, but until you touch on that thing inside of you that is being triggered by something outside of you, you won’t get the relief or peace-of-mind that you’re looking for. And you’ll feel powerless because you can’t really force change upon something outside of you. It’s so empowering to know that the change that needs to be made is within you.
26th day of the Jewish month of Adar II – the month of Joy
Joy is … three dimensional vision boards. I love surrounding myself with pictures of nature and things of nature – sand, shells, gems, nests etc. It creates a feeling of wellbeing and freedom 💕 I found a shell on the beach in California and when I returned home, saw that it exactly matched the one on my vision board 🙂 I love this stuff!
20th day of the Jewish month of Adar II – the month of Joy
Joy is …providing loving thoughts for our bodies. Here’s one: ‘My body is an amazing and perfect machine in an imperfect world and I give you the permission to make corrections.’ And another: ‘How can I love my body more today than yesterday?’ As research has revealed, our cellular system will hear what the brain is thinking and hear it as a command.
