Compassion is Mindbody Wisdom
Compassion is …. listening to my body. My values always guide me, but I also give myself permission to ‘hear’ what my body is telling me. If by engaging with a certain person, my heart beats a little faster – I take notice and explore why that may be. If by engaging in a certain activity and I feel drained – I take notice and explore why that is. My body is a portal to my soul and with compassion I pay attention to what it’s sharing.
