Potentials are to Distinguish Between Different Types of Emotional Pain
Potentials are … distinguishing the differences between different types of emotional pain. It effects the potential to heal. One is called ‘dirty pain’ and one is called ‘clean pain’ and the distinctions have nothing to do with dust, dirt or cleaning. ‘Clean pain’ requires grieving and feeling the discomfort sadness, anger, disappointment etc. ‘Dirty pain’ requires thought work and ego dissolving after processing emotional energy. Trying to think your way out of a ‘clean pain’ situation is pointless and adds to suffering. Trying to avoid doing the inner work of ‘dirty pain’ keeps one unnecessarily suffering.
