Stillness is A Cool Brain Exercise
Stillness is … holding your hands up with palms facing each other, closing your eyes and noticing the space in between. Cool brain exercise mentioned by Martha Beck in the chapter on Wordlessness in her book ‘Finding Your Way in A Wild New World.’ Brings peace, awareness and stillness. I also move my hands closer and further and notice the energy changes that brings.
