Trust is Written On Dollar Bills
Trust is …. written on dollar bills- “In G-d we trust.” The Rebbe speaks about the significance of this: “Every dollar bill bears the words, “In G‑d we trust.” This phrase means that one is bound with a faith so complete that one relies utterly on G‑d, entrusting to Him whatever one has — one’s soul and body, one’s money and property, and one’s daily conduct.” (chabad.org.)
It’s us doing our part in the tikkun (fixing) of the world, to ‘tracht gut wird sein gut’ (think good, it’ll be good) and knowing that G-d’s got this whether we understand the results or not.
Pretty big job for us mortals And let’s not forget that G-d is in the field this month of Elul – ask for what you need with faith that G-d can grant that. Hashem is in the scenes of every interaction, every situation, every decision. I like to ask that the good is revealed and kindness abounds
